Leap starts with a comprehensive assessment of each client’s abilities and interests with our care managers which develop into a customized activity plan with a carefully chosen caregiver as a companion.
(Some examples of those activities are learning new activities, shopping excursions, cooking, baking, playing cards, board games or puzzles, beauty parlors, nails done, museums, painting & senior care centers, etc.)
